I am an Engineering & Technology Leader with nearly 20 years of experience scaling global engineering organizations, modernizing enterprise platforms, and delivering products that power millions of users worldwide. My journey has taken me from hands-on coding in C++ and Java to architecting cloud-native systems, driving AI/ML adoption, and leading high-performing global teams of 100+ engineers.At Entain India, I lead Engineering for the CRM Product Suite, which processes 200M+ daily transactions, 10K+ campaigns, and 2M+ players. I’ve driven large-scale modernization programs — from an API-first architecture transformation to a cloud-native fraud detection platform on AWS, and an AI-powered No-Code platform that cut feature deployment cycles from months to a single day.Previously at Blue Yonder, I spent over 16 years guiding product and engineering transformations. I architected a high-performance OLAP engine that generated $110M+ annual revenue, pioneered UX research-led development, and delivered globally adopted SaaS solutions across supply chain and analytics domains.What drives me is not just building scalable, secure, and user-centric products — but also shaping engineering culture.
