Capex size. • Designing, Specification Development and purchase of equipments for Projects. • Managing plant Pumps, Gearboxes, Ammonia Compressors & Freon Compressors, Blowers, Centrifuges etc. • Condition Monitoring of All Rotating Machinery. • Overhauling, Refurbishing, Replacement, Improvements of Pumps, Gearboxes, Centrifuges, Blowers, Compressors etc. • CEMENT PLANT Procurement, installation, commissioning including trouble shooting. • In-house Design, Procurement, Erection & commissioning of Raw Material Handling System of CHEMICAL DIVISION & CEMENT PLANT. • A list of major equipment/ plant I have had installed and commissioned is given below: Cement Plant Phase I & II, Boiler, CO2 compressor. ESF Plant, Sea Water Desalination Plant, MUW plants & FBD, Steam Tube Driers, Dense Ash Plant, Bicarb Plant Expansion • Design and installation of material handling equipments, conveying systems – Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Drag Chain Conveyors, Dense Phase Conveying System, Apron Conveyors etc. • Installation of Vibrofeeders, Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Over-band magnets, proportioning feeders, Centrifuges, Truck unloaders etc. • Experience of design, installation & maintenance of structures • Towers • Design of Urea handling System for Fertilizer Plant – Babrala.
