ABOUT BHARATI CHAUDHARI

As a Training Support Officer at Welsh Women\'s Aid, I work with a team of trainers and facilitators to support trainer to deliver high-quality training on violence against women, domestic abuse, and sexual violence to various stakeholders, including professionals, volunteers, and survivors. I also support the coordination and administration of training events and activities. I have a strong background and interest in education leadership, non-profit organisations, and social work, and I am committed to advancing the rights and well-being of women and girls. I hold a Master\'s degree in Education Leadership and Management from the University of Exeter, where I also completed the Student Start-up Pre-Incubator and Incubator Programme, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University, India. Before joining Welsh Women\'s Aid, I worked at Eklavya, a movement to bring social transformation through education, where I supported the education and career of rural and disadvantaged sections of society. I have also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the High Commission of India in London, and a Trainer cum Counsellor at Magic Bus India Foundation and Naandi Foundation, where I engaged in various initiatives to empower women and girls, improve health and hygiene, and promote social justice and equality.
