About Bharathwaj Rangan

Born & brought up in South Madras (now called Chennai), I go by the name Bharathwaj Rangan but please feel free to call me Bharath. Growing up in a city like Chennai, I built a considerable amount of network wherever I went which eventually became a trait by itself. I am that go-to person whether it is for a colleague or family member or friends and sometimes even strangers. I am the person that everybody wants to come to, but nobody wants to be because of how arduous it is to hear different kinds of stories in a given day. Luckily, I\'m obsessed with being a counselor for a friend/colleague/family in need to make their life easier. This brings a genuine portion of happiness into my life to take any sort of burden off my loved ones\'. My work is never different from this. I am an experienced Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Learning & Development, Vendor Management, Performance Appraisal, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Employee Engagement. Long lists of functions aside, what truly motivates me at my work is to coach employees/managers to navigate through their challenges and that is what I am set out to achieve.
