With 14 years of experience building regulated platforms across investment banking, asset management, and wealth management, my work sits at the intersection of deep domain knowledge and product delivery — translating complex business, compliance, and risk requirements into platforms that drive real operational change. My focus has spanned trade surveillance, non-financial risk, controls, and reference data management — areas where the cost of getting it wrong is high and the margin for ambiguity is low. I\'ve owned multi-year roadmaps, built and led teams of Product Owners, and worked closely with senior stakeholders to prioritise and fund platform investments that deliver measurable outcomes. What excites me right now is the intersection of AI and regulated financial services. I\'ve been exploring how agentic architectures and LLM-based tooling can be applied to surveillance automation, workflow intelligence, and decision support — and thinking carefully about how to deploy these responsibly within compliance and risk frameworks. It is an area I expect to define the next generation of FS product management.
