I am a dedicated professional with over seven years of experience in the social sector, specializing in project management, data analysis, social work, and policy implementation. Currently, as a Project Associate with the School Education Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu, I\'ve facilitated the admission of thousands of underprivileged students to private schools through the Right to Education (RTE) program. My skills include large-scale data analysis, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. I\'ve also initiated career guidance programs and interventions to reintegrate out-of-school children into the education system. As a Program Coordinator at the ElemenTree Education Foundation, I mentor future climate leaders, imparting knowledge on climate change and environmental conservation. This role enhances my mentoring and community engagement skills.Over five years, my role as a Mentor at the National Service Scheme, PSG College of Technology, involved organizing social service initiatives and workshops, improving the livelihoods of communities.
