I’m an SDE-ML at Amazon building large-scale, production-grade machine learning systems and AI platforms on AWS. My work spans end-to-end ML architecture — from data engineering and feature design to model optimization, deployment, and continuous monitoring.Recently, I architected and productionized an AI-powered functional testing platform leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and LLM-based agent orchestration (MCP). The system integrates service wikis, APIs, and architecture artifacts into structured knowledge bases, enabling automated test case generation with 90% precision and reducing manual test creation time by 60%.On the modeling side, I designed and deployed a cost-sensitive weighted ensemble optimizing AUROC/recall/coverage trade-offs under real-world operational constraints. The system serves low-latency (<200ms) online inference at scale — powering 800M+ annual predictions in the US and 150M+ return unit gradings in the UK — generating $30M+ in annual savings. I also implemented ML observability frameworks with data drift detection, automated retraining triggers, and model explainability pipelines to ensure sustained production performance.My prior experience includes building high-performance ML systems across fraud detection (XGBoost, Random Forest — AUC 0.963), healthcare imaging (CNNs — 91% accuracy), satellite imagery analysis, and quantum-enhanced optimization prototypes.I hold an MSc in Computer Science (Machine Learning specialization) from North Carolina State University and an MS-BS in Physics from Indian Institute of Science.
