I lead applied AI and GenAI initiatives that convert ambiguous business problems into reliable, measurable product outcomes, especially in regulated and high-stakes environments.At Novartis in International Commercial, I lead projects across traditional machine learning and generative AI to improve how teams understand customers, prioritize work, and execute at scale. I partner closely with business, product, engineering, and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions are usable, auditable, and scalable.Previously at Salesforce, I built ML and NLP systems that shipped into enterprise products. I developed an enterprise recommendation system for Salesforce AppExchange that delivered a 5 to 10 percent lift in click-through and conversion rates and contributed to revenue growth. I also built LLM powered topic and sentiment analytics on NPS verbatim feedback to translate customer voice into actionable decisions for product leaders.I bring a product leadership mindset informed by my MBA, alongside a research oriented approach that helps me stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities.
