Role Summary:The Senior Operations Manager – Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing the AP function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, and compliance with financial regulations. Leadership & Strategic OversightManage the entire AP function, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies.Define and implement AP strategies, optimizing workflows for efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track invoice processing time, payment accuracy, and compliance.Act as a key liaison between finance, procurement, treasury, and external vendors.2. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong vendor relationships and resolve payment disputes efficiently.Optimize supplier payment terms to balance cash flow and supplier trust.Partner with procurement to align vendor agreements with payment policies.Ensure accurate vendor master data management and prevent duplicate payments.3. Process Optimization & Technology IntegrationDrive automation and AP workflow improvements using ERP systems (SAP).Implement AI/ML-based invoice processing and fraud detection solutions.Standardize AP processes across business units for consistency and efficiency.Continuously evaluate policies in response to evolving business needs.4.
