Technical Composition Chart: Expertise in creation of Technical composition chart based on the Vehicle Type, Engine, Gearbox Type, Performance, ADAS, Features etc… Functional diagram Representation: Preparation of Functional Schematics associated with each Electrical component with the electrical properties based on the vehicle criteria applicability. Battery outlet, Fuse & Relay box diagram:Selection and addition of Fuses and Relays based on the functional applicability. To define the Power distribution of the vehicle components. Ground distribution positions identification:Proper identification of the ground distribution points and ensure the electrical and electronic grounds path. CAN Topology & Harness Topology:Adoption of circuit modifications, Microcontrollers and its devices connections to the ECU and the corresponding sensor device connections. Wire size Fuse dimensioningProper selection of wires and dimensioning the wires based on its peak current and nominal current ratings. Ensuring the selection of the wires based on the 80% and 100% protection motor loads. Line Resistance CalculationPerforming the Line resistance calculations to ensure the device performance within the specified limits. MTC & Criteria Selection:Circuit selection will be performed based on the vehicle type and its features applicability. VODCA PF & PI:Verification of data with generated reports and cross verifying the supplier adoption reports to ensure the coherence of the data availability. Final approval will be given to the supplier to adopt the changes in the manufacturing harness.
