About Bharath Ramraj
Present I am working on the process optimization of bacterial and yeast fermentation process for development of Vaccines I emphasized and motivated myself in various perspective fields of biology, in order to reach my goal. During my master thesis focuses on molecular microbiological techniques that mainly involve gene expression analysis, RNA isolation from Manduca sexta, and Nicotiana attenuata. Cloning, DNA isolation, yeast expression system, VIGs (virus-induced gene silencing), sequencing PCR, quantitative-PCR, HPLC analysis etc. During my Bachelor thesis, I acquainted molecular techniques for my topic related to Isolation of BglII Restriction Endonuclease from Bacillus globgii.
