Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Change & Transformation teams to drive enhancements in Flutter’s global HR design. Lead cross-functional projects to deliver outstanding stakeholder and employee experiences. Align HR experience design with Flutter’s global reward strategy, addressing global, divisional, and local requirements. Manage end-to-end reward processes and systems (including Workday), translating business needs into innovative design solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and securing alignment on key initiatives. Drive decision-making and foster alignment across diverse HR teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Stay informed on evolving HR trends, partnering with internal teams to deliver forward-thinking reward experiences.
