I have got 20 + years of experience in IT industry. I have started my carrer as manual tester to module lead to QA lead. It just happen that I have moved to automation. Initial I had tough days with automation but everything seems to be interesting as days passed and never thought going back functional testing. I have played multiple role in automation starting with script developer, trainer, automation lead,automation architect. I have good experience in QTP automation tool and VB scripting. Experience on building different type of framework based on the project requirement. I have worked on all phases of automation. Trained resource on automation tool. Good experience in automation proposal, POC, estimation,Tool consolidation, script review, dry run & script post maintenance. Have worked on Watir and load test tool. Have played Release manager role. Which includes coordinating with developers, business analyst, top management. Organising exit and entrance meeting, change release management, deployment meeting & defect management.
