The HRMS streamlines and automates HR processes including employee data management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation. The integrated system supports real-time data analytics and reporting, enabling informed decision-making and improved workforce management.BARC(Broadcast Audience Research Council ): Developed a robust system for tracking TV viewership in real time using IoT devices installed in households. The system efficiently collects and processes audio data from approximately devices, transmitting it to a central core system daily. The solution employs MQTT and NATS protocols to ensure reliable two-way communication, high security, and scalable infrastructure to handle an expanding user base and increasing data loads.Vestige: A complete e-commerce platform with the fundamental promotion and offering strategies with Vestige Marketing Team to develop a mobile application that provides customized product offers and vouchers to target customers based on different parameters like PV, Purchase etc. The mobile application was integrated with the Vestige DB from where demographic data and purchase history was utilized to create target offers and discounts configured by administrators in the offering and promotions module.
