Oversee and manage the entire project, ensuring the timely completion of milestones and evaluating project performance against predefined objectives. Monitoring & Evaluation Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of project activities to ensure progress aligns with timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs). Documentation & Compliance Monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) and prepare essential project documentation, including Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), Sanction Orders, Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), guidelines, and inspection formats. Ensure alignment with organizational standards and maintain strict compliance throughout project execution. Inspection & Tranche Management Ensure the timely completion of inspections and tranche milestones, coordinating with teams to resolve issues and maintaining adherence to project schedules.
