My Current Role & responsibilities:· Brands site visit for project brief · Due diligence (Project, Govt, Layout and potential tenants/Present tenants) · Providing architectural drawings- Store layout plan, site plan, sanctioned plan, parking layout plan, storage layout plan, loading and unloading area layout plan, building garbage movement plan, Landscape layout plan, building section.· Providing structural drawings- Column & beam layout plan and section, slab load calculation for store mezzanine floor · Providing Interior drawings- Store glass façade elevation and section layout plan, signage space layout plan and building material specification (Tiles/stone, Acp sheet, Railings, paint texture)· Providing electrical drawings- Earthing pit, stabilized electricity connection, fiber telephone and cable tv, mast and antenna for effective communication with centralized telephone connection layout plan· Providing plumbing drawings- Potable water connection layout, wet point & grease trap location layout, STP/WTP/ETP Layout plan · Providing firefighting drawings- Fire alarm system, fire sprinkler layout, smoke detector layout· Providing HVAC drawings- Fresh air/ air washer layout, exhaust/ air scrubber, air conditioner layout and PNG /Gas bank layout plan· All layouts and plan review, analyze and advise management and tenant for smooth flow· Managing & coordination with Brand’s fit out team.
