Handling Erection, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and testing of 33KV & 220KV GIS, 174MVA Transformer, CRP panel, RTCC panel, Battery charger and UPS.Conducting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliabilityTesting and commissioning of Siemens make 7UT, 7SJ80, 7SD80 relay.Witnessing and validating FAT and SAT of MRS equipment like Transformer, Relay panel, UPS, RTCC etc.Handling commissioning of Fire Prevention and Extinguish System (NIFPES & Emulsifier) for Power Transformer.Implementing maintenance schedules and conducting periodic checks to ensure performance and maintaining requisite documents for the same.Revalidation of scheme drawing of 33KV & 220KV GIS, Power Transformer, LT panels, HVAC, UPS, Battery charger, NIFPS, Emergency and normal lighting.Review and implement SMP & SOP for 220KV & 33KV GIS, 174MVA transformer, UPS, battery charger.Implementing SAP system for newly commissioned MRS of 33KV and 220LKV GIS and associate equipment including function location & equipment creation, part code creation etc.Conducting PSSR (Pre-startup safety review) of 220KV & 33KV MRS before power-up.Handling 220KV & 33KV Cable laying, jointing and testing activity.Develop and implement procedure & testing documents for 220KV & 33KV cable laying, jointing and testing,Handling contractor team for erection, commissioning and start-up of 33KV & 220KV MRS equipment within time limit.Complying all legal & statutory requirements related to MRS.Managing on-site erection & commissioning activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Handling team of engineers & sub-contractor for smoothly conducting day to day activities and to achieve target dates related to commissioningAccountable for detailed planning & scheduling for daily works and coordinate on-site activities
