Assistant Manager: I am dealing in Russian made Aircraft & Helicopter spare parts supply and overhaul services forMIL helicopters: Mi-8, Mi-17/171/172, Mi-26; IL-76 Antonov: AN-2, AN-12, AN-24, AN-26, AN-32, AN-72Ground power units supplySupply of oil, greases, lubricants and tires.Preparation and submission of Online Bids and further follow up on the Proposals submitted online. Prepare quotations analysis and comparison, purchase orders for the customers and suppliers. Maintaining existing customer’s relationships, and seeking new suppliers. Manage the coordination between departments to complete sales orders. Search markets to Identify opportunities for new tenders and events. Manage event equipment’s and materials preparation.Office Administrator responsibilities include: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, packages, foreign shipments from DHL, FedEx etc.) Create and update records and databases with personnel, Professional and other data Activities.
