I am the Founder of Projexis BIM & Monitors, an independent consultancy focused on BIM-enabled Digital Project Monitoring and Governance for complex construction projects.With over 35 years of experience across high-rise, infrastructure, and EPC projects, I have observed that many project failures are not due to lack of effort—but due to lack of objective visibility, validated data, and early-warning insights.At Projexis, we help owners and senior stakeholders move from reactive management to predictive control by integrating BIM (3D–7D), Earned Value Management, analytics, and real-time dashboards. Our role is independent and objective—designed to protect schedule, cost, quality, and investment outcomes.I strongly believe that project success is not about more reports, but better intelligence.
