Concepts developed are PU COATINGS ( HARD COATING FOR FLOORING, FOR PIPELINE, EPOXY PU HYBRID COATING, room temperature casting of PU, REPAIR OF WORN METALS, ROOM TEMPERATURE WELDING OF METALS etc; FLEXIBLE COATING TO REPLACE EPDM TYPE RUBBER COATING in waterproofing and as ANTIROOT Coating for landscapes etc; PU FOAM, RIGID(LOW FOAMING - STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD SCREW TIGHT, HIGH FOAMING FOR OTHER APPLICATIONS), AND FLEXIBLE FOAM for various applications; FOAM that will not propagate fire for 30 minutes or so even when flame is applied directly; extremely high impact solid PU ( more than 6mm thick it will not crack even when hit with hammer may replace synthetic tiles. LOW FLEXIBLE FOAM MAY BE GOOD AS SLIPPER BOTTOMS; BRUSHABLE PAINT THAT WILL FOAM( when applied on metal plate it foams and the METAL PLATE WILL FLOAT ON WATER) TO AVOID HIGH COST EQUIPMENTS for applications. and other miscellaneous concepts like SUPER ACID RESISTANT TRANSPARENT COATINGS WITH NAIL HARDNESS; ECONOMICAL COMPOUND WHEN ADDED TO EPOXY MIX WILL CONVERT INTO WATERBORNE EPOXY AND THE WATERBORNE EPOXY IS COMPATIBLE WITH CEMENT; EXCELLENT INTEGRALWATERPROOFING COMPOUND THAT WILL ALSO INCREASE THE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE BY MORE THAN 15 TO 30%.
