   I have strong expertise in developing analytical Data Marts using SAS, Python, and SQL to consolidate large volumes of customer relationship data, creating a single source of truth to support portfolio monitoring and usage analysis. My experience spans end-to-end risk and portfolio analytics, including segmentation and behavioral analysis across Loans and Credit Cards to uncover delinquency trends, recovery patterns, and cross-sell opportunities. By leveraging Tableau dashboards, I have delivered clear, actionable insights to business teams, measuring campaign performance, evaluating transaction behavior, and quantifying the impact of customer risk appetite on revenue outcomes. I have also designed and implemented advanced data models for roll rate and loss rate analysis, enabling accurate classification of delinquent accounts and providing strategic input to charge-off prevention frameworks. In addition, I have built risk segmentation Data Marts by integrating Bureau data, customer behavioral metrics, and macroeconomic indicators, which have been instrumental in supporting targeted recovery strategies.
