Lead cross-functional efforts in both project execution and technical innovation—from designing high-efficiency production lines to hands-on equipment. I am currently driving the Unmesh Project, a 5GW solar module manufacturing plant, where I am deeply involved in full-scope design — covering layout planning, utilities BOQs, HVAC coordination, PIR panel and compressor pipeline calculations, warehouse planning, and ASRS integration — while also capable of supporting execution when required.On the Utkarsh Project, I led the installation of a 1.3GW TOPCon PV line—overseeing everything from dismantling to first module production and SAT. I also manage shift operations and breakdowns, train my team, and design custom spare parts using tools like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and Geomagic—blending maintenance with design innovation Alongside my work at Vikram Solar, I’ve freelanced in CAD modelling, offering design solutions for a range of clients. Beyond Vikram Solar:Designed and prototyped a GSM-based FES medical device (Biostim, IIT Kanpur)Reverse engineering and CAD-to-3D workflows (VMK Digital)Mechanical QC and testing at Tata SteelMy passion lies at the intersection of clean energy, efficient systems, and creative engineering.
