Organizations today are rethinking and reshaping the way they look at their core business. There is a constant endeavor to challenge the status quo and change the paradigm by way of introducing new technologies, streamlining business processes or even re-evaluating risks.This is where I come in to help organizations. I have more than 9 years of experience driving operational and strategic improvements to transform various organizations and industries. I am passionate about integrating lean six sigma, change management and analytics to maximize value and solve complex business challenges.There are two major drivers or influencers of my work in each role:• Customer Experience: A constant endeavor and desire to provide the same user experience across all touch points in the organization.• Operational Efficiency – I deliver this by bench marking performance, identify and eliminate waste and monitor performance.My role in achieving these key influencers are as follows:• Standardization: A good starting point to achieve excellence in any organization that has a desire to improve its capabilities. My role in this is to define and develop best practices, templates and methodologies.• Leveraging Assets: I strive to make the best use of enterprise assets including personnel, documented results of key project’s issues, brainstorming sessions etc. Leveraging stakeholders, crowd sourcing ideas internally, customer and supplier relationships to improve customer experience. • Performance Measurement: This is a critical aspect of my role that involves establishing a baseline, setting measurable standards (metrics, SLA’s, Dashboards) for current and future projects. • Governance: A cornerstone of a successful project, portfolio and program management.
