My roles involved ensuring the smooth execution of the project by:• Overseeing the alignment of rebars and checking the levels of beams and slabs to meet project standards.• Monitoring project deadlines to ensure timely completion of all construction tasks.• Ensuring that all daily activities on-site were in alignment with approved construction drawings and specifications.• Collaborating with the site team and other stakeholders to resolve any challenges and streamline construction processes.• Used to check the daily WIRs, RFIs and check the daily work progress.• We used to raise the NCRs whenever the work doesn’t meet the requirements as per the drawings and specifications.• Managed safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment.• Collaborated with the Planning and QA/QC teams for schedule compliance, resource allocation, and quality assurance.Internship:During my internship with Team Way Constructions, I worked as a Student Intern on a duplex villas project comprising 135 units.
