About Bhanu Peri
Bhanu Peri began her career in the year 1988. Over the past 30 years, she worked initially in QC and moved to QA. With rich experience in formulations, intermediates and API, Bhanu has served leadership roles in Quality and Operations.Honored as the first Women Plant Head of Dr.Reddys, she implemented ZERO contract labour in plants and reduction of manpower thru Org Redesign, self-Managed concept among Unionised workforce.SA implementation in Unionised plant and Introduction of B shift and night shifts of female employees in plants were a few other improvements.She also played vital role in Diversity & Inclusivity, implementation of safety standards (Trained by Dupont and learning post US site visits) and in harmonization of Operation SOP\'s.She has great experience in greenfield project validations, setup of QMS and Tech transfers and an expert in Sterile dosage forms (has undergone training in UK on Aseptic Practices by GSK).Futhermore, she also served as the ad-interim role for META at Sandoz. In her career, she worked in various roles such as Training, Corporate QA, handling regulatory audits, vendor management (both domestic and international), external manufacturing quality, site QA, QMS etc.All in all, her presence in the Pharma industry accounts for more than three decades. Handling leadership roles over a decade has given a unique know-how in regards to People, Processes and Procedures.
