Don\'t work like an employee, work like a C.E.O\"- anonymous An Engineer from an automobile background, but my passion was always towards Business. When I first started my job in a startup company, I realized working like an employee is different from working as a CEO. Then my hunt began to learn new things in business in which eventually, I took Marketing management and Fundamentals of entrepreneurship as my choice courses in my bachelor\'s. Moving further into my post-graduation, I graduated in International Business Supply Chain Management Systems. While pursuing my education, I secured a part-time in Walmart, Windsor, Canada. I thought Walmart is the right platform to learn new things and apply my innovative ideas to provide better service to the customers. As I like working like a CEO rather than an employee, I always tried to think about new ideas and services which help the business grow. Eventually, one of the ideas was coordinating ethnic produce. When we executed our idea in ethnic produce, we saw a significant rise in sales of ethnic food. I believe, when we work like a CEO rather than an employee, we can generate new ideas and inventions which help to get success in professional and personal life.
