I’m currently a Senior Director of Product for AI at ServiceNow, leading AI strategy, roadmap, and execution across customer and industry workflows. Since joining as the first AI PM in 2019- well before Generative AI became mainstream- I’ve worked across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to shape the evolution of AI in CRM—from traditional machine learning to generative and now agentic AI—while scaling AI product revenue to focus is on building AI-powered experiences that scale—improving self-service, increasing agent productivity, and delivering measurable outcomes for customer support organizations. To achieve this, I also lead a ~50-person forward-deployed engineering organization, partnering with early adopters/design partners to translate real-world deployments into scalable product capabilities.Prior to ServiceNow, I worked across product management, software engineering, and management consulting, including roles at Ernst & Young Advisory Services and GE Digital’s IIoT business.
