Assistant Manager - Banking operations Job Duties & Responsibilities: Ø EMI PRESENTATION: Handling of EMI presentation of all instruments on every month. Ø ECS Retrieval & Dispatch for Registration & Lodgement Status: Tracking list of ECS/NACH sent to registration including date of file receipt from disbursal unit and date of dispatch to service provider. Ø Vendor Management: Handling outsource vendors to manage in house FINANCE PVT LTD process like EMI presentation, Mandate Registration and for PDC vaulting and presentation. Ø ACH Rejection Tracking: Review of list of ACH Rejected by NPCI or our vendor on cycle basis and circulate the MIS. Ø E-NACH/E Mandate – Handle the complete E- Mandate & E- NACH process for NACH registration. Ø Discrepancy/EMI Hold Management: Handling all collection/sales queries related to customer. Ø Bounce Emi Curing: Taking care of Technical Bounce for ECS/PDC/ACH mode. Ø Swapping Ø Queries & Resolution Ø Collection/CCS Receipt Update Ø Foreclosure/NOC Ø BRS Resolution Ø Vendor Billing
