Incident & Problem Management• Active involvement in Project Management for high severity incidents on Severity 1 & 2 incidents and supporting over 200 applications with enhancement and improvement in the utilization of ITIL’s Problem Management process• Driving continuous improvement for IT Incident Management process for all critical incidents to mitigate impact and reduce the time• Supporting for all high priority incidents and prepare reports for Command Centre tickets and high severity calls to ensure uptime of the application is within Service levels• Leading the efforts for incident & problem management with accurate reflect actions to restore service and changes to Configuration Items are recorded• Improving review of Incident tickets to capture more information that will allow improved reporting and analysis such as Root Cause, Trigger, Aggravating Factors, and Avoidance failures• Working on major service impacted issues (P1/P2) in line with Application Developers, DBA, Change management, QA, Infrastructure management and Application teams until resolution with strong verbal communication skills and attitude to lead diverse, multi-national teams during crisis and high-pressure situations• Preparing daily status reports of last 24 hours issues to management on application status and other metrics• Root-cause analysis on all request for major impacting issues includes tracking problem management tickets & resolve all the P1/P2/P3 tickets also proactively tracking, analysis, and reporting previous incidents and problems to identify trends, themes and focused on re-occuring incidents• Spearheading the team to achieve the best results, tracking the team goals, and measure with project performance standards• Correlating incidents against known risks to drive prioritization of risk remediation and prioritizing incidents according to their urgency, severity, and impact on the business
