Driving fiscal transparency and inclusive public finance reforms in Assam with a focus on climate finance, disability inclusion, and understanding the gender data system. At CivicDataLab (CDL), I work with the Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System (ASCFMS) under the Finance Department to expand Green and Divyang (disability-inclusive) Budgets, institutionalise Green Public Procurement (GPP), convert budgets into machine-readable formats for Open Budgets India (OBI), and support a project funded by the Partnership in Statistics for Development in the 21st Century (PARIS21) to mainstream gender data use in policymaking through research, stakeholder engagement, and field coordination.
