Generated lead guide RNAs through high throughput screens and cellular phenotypic assays,tested the target efficiency and specificity of in-house Cas12a variants for target indications,strategized and designed stem cell differentiation assays using primary hematopoietic stem cells in cross-continental teams, project and people management for 3 independent projects including Ensoma\'s gene editing platform development
