ABOUT BHAKTI MUTHA

Dedicated legal professional with a passion for excellence and a global perspective. My journey in law began with inspiration from my father\'s work in corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, real estate, and financial transactions. Pursuing BA,LLB, I actively sought legal internships and gained exposure to multi-jurisdictional and cross-border cases. These experiences solidified my commitment to the legal field. To deepen my understanding of international business laws, I pursued an LLM in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic and other adversities as an international student, I remained dedicated to my goal of becoming a solicitor in England & Wales and successfully completed my PGDL (Law Conversion Course) and Legal Practice Course (LPC). With previous work experience in law, specialising in multi-jurisdictional cases spanning countries such as India, UK, USA, Sweden and more, I bring invaluable global perspective and transferable skills to the table. Specialising in commercial & corporate and real estate, finance laws I am eager to leverage my expertise to achieve exceptional results and contribute to the success of dynamic legal teams.
