Following a standard element of the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, validating documents for each candidate who is assessed through a competency-based interview & presented with full interview reports•Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process supporting client needs in the delivery of ServiceNow Candidates•Conduct kick-off meetings to develop, analyze job specifications, and compose job descriptions and postings related to ServiceNow/BMC Remedy.Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, referrals, research, networking and talent communities like Linkedin.Working with our Empallment partners to onboard candidates as Subcon and execute an easy onboarding process for candidates.•Work with different ServiceNow client partners and coordinate with onboarding of candidates and BGV Verification.•Handle Salary fitments and have a conversation with candidates till they join by taking care of smooth transition of onboarding formalities for the company•Helping the accounts department to reconcile the leave data and timesheets for an easy invoicing process•Conducting Exit formalities by providing a relieving letters to candidates and helping for FTF with accounts dept.
