I am an urban planner, researcher, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of urban planning, smart cities, infrastructure strategy, and data-driven decision-making.I am the Founder & Director of CityPulse Urban Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Planning Insights and BSNS & Co, where I lead and collaborate on projects spanning integrated urban planning, GIS and remote sensing, infrastructure financing, public–private partnerships and sustainable development strategies. My work focuses on translating complex urban challenges into implementable, future-ready solutions for cities, institutions, and communities.Academically trained at the National University of Singapore (Master of Urban Planning) and the College of Engineering Pune (B. Planning), I bring a strong foundation in spatial analysis, policy evaluation, urban economics, and governance. My research and professional experience include smart city planning, housing and amenities assessment, mobility and infrastructure systems, ecological integration, and heritage-sensitive urban development, with exposure across India, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.I have worked with universities, public institutions, consultants, and civic bodies, contributing to master planning studios, policy-oriented research, GIS-driven analysis, and implementation-focused planning projects.
