I am responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource functions within the company to support its dynamic and fast-paced operations. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, employee engagement, and performance management to ensure the restaurant is staffed with motivated, skilled employees. • Lead the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring for all store positions.• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the team.• Manage employee relations by addressing staff concerns, conducting disciplinary procedures, and resolving conflicts in a fair and transparent manner.• Implement and oversee training programs for staff, focusing on customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.• Develop leadership training for supervisors and managers to ensure team success and progression.• Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with UK employment laws and Munchies\' values. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, such as health and safety laws, right-to-work checks, and data protection policies.• Oversee performance appraisals and feedback processes, including goal setting and evaluation. • Manage performance improvement plans and offer coaching to underperforming employees.• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy in wage calculations and timely payment to employees.• Ensure smooth operation of administrative functions, including document management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.• Manage staff schedules, rota planning, and absenteeism tracking across multiple restaurant locations.• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.• Provide HR analytics and reports on recruitment, employee turnover, performance, and compliance to senior management.
