ServiceNow is well growing enterprise tool in current market which was founded in 2003 with different name and I was introduced with this tool as a part of support project in my company and since then, here I am currently working as a ServiceNow senior developer/consultant. I have over 6 years of ServiceNow experience in which I have worked on/customized many modules of ITSM, ITBM, CMDB and CSM track. I have strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, REST, OAuth2, Microsoft AD User provisioning and SSO and automated workflow creation. I also have strong knowledge of other ServiceNow platform capabilities like Service Portal customization, automated test framework for testing automation, SLA, reporting and flow designer for automated business process. I have also been heavily involved in requirement analysis, solution and approach designing and client communication activities. I am ServiceNow certified System administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM. Also I have done various ServiceNow micro-certifications. I am level-3 ServiceNow community contributor and also I was rated as Outstanding employee of the year in 2016-17.
