Handle break resolution for different OTC derivatives product. Co-ordinate internally with trade capture, confirmation and valuation teams and work directly with clients, counterparties to resolve all OTC outstandings breaks. identify and fix missing cab breaks, cash breaks Process components like PAI, fees, commission, upfront and FX. Reviewing the breaks to other colleagues coordinating with onshore team to clear breaks.(Futures Reconciliation) Background in Investment Banking operations including derivatives, futures Trades, cash and position econciliation. Daily end to end reconciliation of cash, trade and positions between Investment manager and Broker. Processing of futures trades received through different instruction systems like, Instruct Lite, Secure Transport and MCH (Multi currency horizon) all the standardized instruction flown in OTC Hub. Handle processing of margins, interests, and forex as per SLA. Identification and research discrepancies in Cash/Trades through bank and custody statements and resolving breaks promptly by working with designated internal teams and advisories. Address various breaks issues like factor change, reset and monthly expiry etc. Manage aged and new breaks, escalating it to senior team and chasing them for getting quick resolutions. Reaching out to Trade processing team and Client service team & sending queries by Mails or IMT (Inquiry management tool) for quick resolution on discrepancies also responding to internal queries from trade processing and Client Service teams. Ensure T+1 Activities are accurate.Tools used - MCH, IMT, DHUB, Secure Transport, Instruct Lite, MFX, MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
