I believe the way people feel during a hiring process says everything about a company — and I want to be the person who makes that experience count. Right now, I'm building my career in HR and Talent Acquisition as an intern at TMF Group, where I work across the full recruitment cycle — sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. Every conversation I have with a candidate is a chance to make them feel seen, not just screened. Before this, I spent three years at Miranda House, University of Delhi — not just studying Sociology, but actually living it. Serving as Cultural President under DUSU, working with the Placement Cell — these weren't resume lines, they were how I learned that people and processes move together.  Add a decade of national-level sports to that, and you get someone who genuinely doesn't give up easily. The discipline, the team dynamics, the ability to reset after a loss — sport shaped how I show up at work more than anything else.  I am at an early stage in my HR career, and I am focused on growing thoughtfully — asking the right questions, building strong fundamentals, and contributing to hiring processes that are both efficient and genuinely human-centred.
