Administration of project records, including entry and retrieval of information associated with maintaining project status reports/spreadsheets- Follow-up as required to assure all disciplines in project compliance with negotiated time, specification, and performance schedules- Follow-up with client contacts as directed for obtaining necessary information, plans, data, specifications, and other items critical to the proper flow of information for the projects and schedule- Arrangement and attendance of necessary in-person and web meeting times- Identifying project scheduling and information problems, initiating remedies, and notifying the Project Manager- Filing reports, records, and correspondence necessary to maintain an accurate filing system for projects- Compile plan packages and cover letters for submittal to Civil grade separation or other agencies as needed- Follow up with necessary information and data processing to ensure correct/timely billing- Compile information for project profile reports.
