Heading the Staples manufacturing location near Mumbai - Khopoli, Indore, Ahmedabad, Raipur and Dewas.Implementation of HACCP and ISO for Chennai, Hyderabad & for Khopoli Unit ISO 9001:2008, FSSC of 5S at Hyderabad & Khopoli Unit.Capacity of plant doubled by carrying out expansion in first time right approach to meet the market demand in Chennai and Hyderabad.Improvised the RM Yield by 0.5% for Khopoli unit.Improvised the Pkm Yield by 0.8% for Khopoli unit.New Product “Atta with Multigrains” complete set-up and successful launch at Khopoli unit have been initiated with first time right approach.Production capacity has been enhanced through plant expansion from 2800 to 3500tons per month to meet the increasing demand in West region.Conducted FMEA for various process steps.
