   Rhino Record Run – ONGC drilled the longest 12.25” x 13.75” section in Mumbai high 2448m utilizing the Rhino Reamer 11625. BHA was POOH without back reaming required and casing was run without problems demonstrating the borehole quality.Experienced for various drilling operation with Rhino Reamer like – Rhino XS, Rhino XS2 and Rhino XC. And Drill bit – PDC and TCR.Experienced for various Rhino Reamer 14250, 11625, & 5625 series.Monitor, analyze parameters and instruct driller for Hole- Enlargement while Drilling (HEWD) and Under Reaming Only (URO) Drilling operations to expends borehole, also understanding of Directional Drilling and well profile.Experience to run Hydraulics for drilling tools - Bore and annular pressure losses, Jet hydraulic details, Flow distributions, Fluid velocities, Flow rates, Standpipe Pressure and Hydraulics at beginning and ending depths.Experienced to prepare BHA Components and Placement – Under-ream while Drilling / under reaming only drilling operations.Experienced for Rhino - Rathole elimination (RHE) drilling operations.Prepare ball drop summery for Rhino XS & Rhino XS2, also prepare pressure index for Rhino XC series.Experience for various Shock and Vibrations – Axial shocks, Bit Whirl, BHA Whirl and Stick/ Slip and Potential Cure for continue drilling.Experienced to preform dull grade for Rhino Cutter blocks, PDC drill bits and TCR drill bits.Successful Pilot test of HydraGlyde High Performance Water-Based Mud (HPWBM) and the 11625 Rhino XS Reamer in ONGC offshore well.Monitor Rhino BHA MAKE-UP, RIH practice, activation, deactivation, POOH, pull into casing shoe, emergency checklist, troubleshot and post run procedure.Basic practice of Rhino XS Hydraulically Expandable Reamer – disassemble and assemble on CAM UNIT for maintenance for next drilling operations.
