ABOUT BHAGIRATHI MANIDI
After completing my postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber Polytechnic in Canada, I’ve been gaining hands-on experience as an intern in the Employee Records and Payroll department at University Health Network (UHN). This opportunity has allowed me to apply what I’ve learned in the classroom to real-world HR operations, and it\'s been incredibly rewarding to contribute to such a dynamic team.Before this, I worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Tata Consultancy Services, where I focused on Human Capital Management and payroll processes. I used Oracle E-Business Suite to manage full and final settlements for employees in the Middle East region, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.At TCS, I also had the chance to work on improving payroll efficiency and making the employee exit process smoother. My earlier internships helped me build essential skills like resume screening, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. I’m genuinely passionate about making HR processes more efficient and people-focused by using the right tools and technologies—and I\'m always looking for ways to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
