Having successfully conceptualized and conducted Awareness Seminars across country to educate farmers, FPO, Universities etc about the benefits of trading on an online platform, on being a vigilant investor in Commodity Derivatives Market. Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies. Manage regulatory norms and monitoring of the training compliance. • Deliver training programs independently thus reducing the cost to a large extent. Have received appreciation from institutions and entities on this. • Strategically involved in the policy formulation, operational guidelines of IPFT and NICR. • Through my seminars which were conducted across Universities I have managed to get business for NICR - the Education arm of NCDEX. Smoothly managing role out of online learning content for the education arm of NCDEX (NICR).• Spearheading all activities related to SEBI for all Investor Education related matters whether it is content development, booklet for investors, conducting programs, training their COTs etc. • My presentation made for Investor awareness programs was taken as a base presentation for all the Exchanges. • My earlier role when I joined NCDEX involved in handling Investor grievance, redressal of complaints, coordinating with different teams for relevant support data etc
