ABOUT BHAAVIN WALLIA

Bhaavin is a freelance management consultant with ten years of experience in business strategy & operations, product management, complex programme & project delivery, agile SaaS implementation, process optimisation, financial modelling, operating model design, and data analytics.Currently, Bhaavin is working for NHS England, as a Senior Product Lead on the Federated Data Platform programme.Prior to this, Bhaavin worked as a Product Manager and Delivery Lead at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) where he delivered the MVP for the Managed Quarantine Service (a fundamental component of the UK’s border quarantine capability) and the Enquiries & Complaints technology offering (built to receive over 60k inbound contacts per day).Bhaavin studied Law at university, holds a management-level qualification in management accounting (CIMA), and has experience as a Director/Governor of a number of charities and schools, where he scrutinises financial performance.
