Fatigue durability improvement analysis of chassis & BIW using radioss fatigue and MSC Fatigue.b. Optimal BIW design by using DOE technique in HYPERSTUDY.c. Linear static analysis using Abaqus, stiffness analysis and modal analysis on Chassis components and BIW.d. Buckling,IPI and FRF analysis on Chassis components.e. Optimization for reducing the mass of vehicle and improving the performance.f. Automation for reducing the man hours.
