I am responsible for providing EHS support for Services projects prior to execution including owning the EHS ITO tollgate process, and identifying any potential program or competency gaps with a risk-based lens prior to field execution. I am responsible for the design and implementation of field-level contractual bridging documentation and aligning EHS Commercial strategies with the Operations staff. This process includes contract reviews, contributing to Job Cost Estimates as this pertains to EHS, supporting ORR meetings, and other proactive actions to ensure that outages are set up for success before employees arrive at site. I partner with key stakeholders across GE Vernova to ultimately best support our field teams with the aim of keeping them safe and achieving NO HARM.
