Planned, directed, and controlled food and beverage, merchandising, marketing event planning and facilities. This was executed with 3 managers, a Certified Executive Teaching Chef, and 35 associates. This producedi an- annual sales volume of $3.5 M while slashing operating losses Trained, educated, motivated 55 Airman to learn hospitality, systems finances and to be ready to execute when assigned or deployed. This was executed at Dinners Reef the main dining facility at MacDill AFB.
