From higher education to the world of supply chain, my career has been a dynamic and rewarding journey. I began by coaching students and teaching career development at two SEC universities. This was an experience that solidified my passion for helping others grow and succeed. That passion led me to transition into the container logistics industry, joining A.P. Moller-Maersk as a Transformation University Manager. In this role, I built and maintained strong partnerships with key colleges & universities, helping to elevate Maersk’s campus presence and recruit top early-career talent.Once I made my mark on the business, I transitioned into a role as a Project Manager at A.P. Moller-Maersk. In this position, I had the opportunity to co-lead one of our largest North American implementation initiatives—rolling out a new Transportation Management System. I managed cross-functional workstreams and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure collaboration, alignment, and successful delivery of our project goals. I also had the opportunity to lead the Customer Centricity team, managing a group of four colleagues focused on designing and delivering customer-centric workshops and initiatives. Together, we drove a customer-first mindset by facilitating impactful sessions and leading key projects across North America to enhance customer engagement and organizational alignment around the customer experience.At the core of my professional journey is a commitment to building meaningful relationships, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment, and bringing high energy, enthusiasm, and a smile to every challenge I take on.
