About Ganesh Balasubramanian
PROFILE.I am a Teacher by passion, Manager by education and an Executive Coach by profession and have been enabling successful careers of several thousands over the last 20 years. Academically, I am a commerce graduate with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar. I am also a Fulbright Fellow on Leadership in Management from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA. I am an Executive Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Coaching and a Global Leadership & Team Coach with the Global Coaching Group. I am the founder of a social enterprise named SkillTrain that provides vocational training to rural school dropouts through a technology enabled delivery model. I am also working with several companies in enabling them to contribute towards enhancing employability of the youth in India through various innovative employability enablement programmes.
