Boris Gamazaychikov is an AI Sustainability Leader focused on aligning AI development with climate action. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sustainable AI Group, a research and advisory firm helping enterprises understand and act on the environmental impacts of AI. Previously, he served as Head of AI Sustainability at Salesforce, where he built the company\'s AI sustainability strategy from the ground up and co-created the AI Energy Score — the first standardized benchmark for measuring AI model energy use.Boris brings over a decade of experience tackling complex environmental challenges. Before Salesforce, he led decarbonization strategy for some of the world\'s largest technology companies at Stok, and earlier spearheaded the Pentagon\'s sustainable construction program as an environmental engineer for the U.S. Department of Defense. Recognized by The Independent\'s Climate 100 and Business Insider\'s AI Trailblazers, Boris is a frequent keynote speaker on AI sustainability and an advisor to early-stage climate-tech ventures. He holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed professional engineer.
